Detoxing - everything you need to know

Detoxing I am not really fond of it .For reasons ,like not giving you enough vitamins ,minerals, or just giving anything healthy.
The only way I think detoxing is healthy is a recipe:
1 Whole banana
1 Kiwi
3-4 Strawberries
1 Handful of Blueberries
Mix it in a blender. That would be a great detox there.
Supplements you can go for other than detoxing. Multi-vitamins,omega-3's,iron pills as well. They have enough vitamins, minerals, and for brain functioning. That are actually great for the hemoglobin which in other wards is another name for blood. So your heart can keep pumping at a good rate from harm.
